These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of our website and the purchase of products from bare glow LLC (“bare glow”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing our website, browsing our products or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to sell our products online.
2. Products
bare glow sells cosmetic shimmer oil for face and body.
Our product range includes bare glow shimmer oil face + body, 100 ml, available in the following fragrances:
- lychee
- peach
- papaya
- guava
Our products are intended for cosmetic use only. Product descriptions, images, packaging, colours, shimmer intensity and fragrances are presented as accurately as possible, but may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, production batches or packaging updates.
3. Product use and safety precautions
Our products are for external use only.
Please follow these precautions:
- avoid contact with eyes
- do not ingest
- keep out of reach of children
- patch test before first use
- discontinue use if irritation occurs
- do not apply to broken, irritated or damaged skin
- if you have allergies, sensitive skin or medical concerns, seek professional advice before use
bare glow is not responsible for misuse of the product, incorrect application or individual allergic reactions.
4. Product availability
Products are currently sold from available stock.
All orders are subject to product availability. If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you and may offer a replacement, store credit, delayed shipment or refund.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders or discontinue products at any time.
5. Orders
To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, shipping address, billing information and any other information required at checkout.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This email confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean that your order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- suspected fraud
- payment issues
- incorrect customer information
- stock unavailability
- pricing errors
- misuse of discount codes
- delivery restrictions
If your order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method where possible.
6. Prices and currency
Prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise stated.
Taxes, shipping fees and available payment methods are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
We may change our prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
If a product is listed with an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order and refund any amount paid.
7. Payment
Payment methods are displayed and made available at checkout.
Your order will only be processed once payment has been authorised.
Payment transactions are processed securely through Shopify and/or third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems.
8. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes, promotional offers and special prices may be subject to specific conditions, including expiry dates, minimum order values, product exclusions or usage limits.
Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been placed, unless we decide otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.
9. Shipping destination
We currently ship to the United Kingdom.
Shipping options, prices and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, high demand, incorrect address details or events outside our reasonable control.
10. Shipping address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for failed delivery, delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated address information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@bare-glow.eu. We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed once the order has entered processing or fulfilment.
11. Customs, duties and import taxes
Depending on where your order is shipped from and the destination country, customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply.
Unless these charges are clearly included at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.
bare glow is not responsible for delays caused by customs, import checks or unpaid duties.
12. Damaged, leaking or incorrect products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@bare-glow.eu.
Where possible, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the damaged product
- clear photos of the outer packaging
- clear photos of the shipping label
- a short description of the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit or another appropriate solution.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
13. Returns
Because our products are cosmetic and hygiene-sensitive, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, tested, unsealed or damaged after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- unopened
- unused
- in its original packaging
- sealed, where applicable
- in resalable condition
Returns are primarily accepted in cases where the order arrived damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect.
If you wish to request a return, contact us at hello@bare-glow.eu before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
14. UK cancellation rights
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
However, for hygiene and health protection reasons, this cancellation right does not apply to sealed cosmetic goods once they have been opened, used or unsealed after delivery.
To cancel an eligible order, you must contact us at hello@bare-glow.eu within 14 days of receiving your order.
After notifying us, you must return the eligible product within 14 days.
Returned products must be unopened, unused, sealed where applicable and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
15. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is opened, used, unsealed, incomplete, damaged after delivery or not in resalable condition.
Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
16. Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges.
If you received the wrong product, wrong fragrance or a defective item, contact us at hello@bare-glow.eu and we will review the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit or another suitable solution.
17. Order cancellation before shipping
If you want to cancel an order before it ships, contact us immediately at hello@bare-glow.eu.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has entered processing, fulfilment or dispatch.
18. Lost or marked-as-delivered parcels
If your parcel is delayed, lost or marked as delivered but not received, contact us at hello@bare-glow.eu.
We may ask you to check with neighbours, your building reception, local delivery office or the carrier.
Each case will be reviewed individually.
We are not responsible for theft, loss or missing parcels after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, unless required by applicable law.
19. Customer reviews, photos and content
If you submit a review, photo, video, comment or other content to bare glow, you confirm that:
- the content is yours or you have permission to share it
- the content is accurate and not misleading
- the content does not infringe anyone else’s rights
By submitting content to us, you grant bare glow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, display and share that content on our website, social media, advertising, email marketing and other promotional channels.

20. Intellectual property
All content on bare-glow.eu belongs to bare glow LLC or its licensors.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- brand name
- logos
- product names
- product descriptions
- packaging design
- images
- videos
- text
- graphics
- website layout
- visual identity
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, exploit or use our content without prior written permission.
21. Website use
You agree not to use the website in any way that could:
- damage, disable or overload the website
- interfere with website security
- attempt to access private systems or data
- commit fraud
- upload malicious code
- copy or scrape website content without permission
- violate applicable laws
We may restrict or block access to the website if we believe these Terms are being violated.
22. Accuracy of information
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and up to date.
However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, prices, images, availability or other content are error-free, complete or current.

23. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bare glow LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data or reputational damage.
Our total liability in connection with an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- carrier delays
- customs delays
- natural disasters
- strikes
- supply chain disruption
- technical failures
- government action
- war
- pandemics
- power outages
25. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
If any part of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you, those mandatory rights will prevail.
26. Privacy
Your use of the website and your personal information are also governed by our Privacy Policy.

27. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, United States, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
If you are a UK consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections under UK consumer law.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
The version available on the website at the time of your order will apply to that order.
