This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on bare-glow.eu, operated by bare glow LLC.

1. Cosmetic and hygiene-sensitive products
bare glow products are cosmetic products intended for face and body use.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been:

opened
-
used
-
tested
-
unsealed
-
damaged after delivery
-
returned without original packaging
This helps us keep every bottle clean, safe and untouched.
2. Eligible returns
A product may be eligible for return only if it is:

unopened
-
unused
-
in its original packaging
-
sealed, where applicable
-
in resalable condition
If you wish to request a return, you must contact us before sending anything back.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. Damaged, leaking or incorrect products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@bare-glow.eu.
Please include:

your order number

clear photos of the product
-
clear photos of the outer packaging
-
clear photos of the shipping label
-
a short description of the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit or another appropriate solution.
4. Return window
If your product is eligible for return, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
The product must remain unopened, unused and in its original condition.
For UK and EU customers, statutory cancellation rights may apply to online purchases. However, these rights may not apply to sealed cosmetic goods once they have been opened, used or unsealed for hygiene and health protection reasons.
This does not affect your mandatory consumer rights.
5. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method where possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is opened, used, unsealed, incomplete, damaged after delivery or not in resalable condition.
7. Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges.
If you received the wrong fragrance, a damaged product or a defective item, contact us at hello@bare-glow.eu and we will review the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit or another appropriate solution.
8. Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:

opened cosmetic products

used products
-
unsealed products
-
products damaged after delivery

gift cards, if applicable
-
items purchased through unauthorised resellers

products returned without prior approval
9. Order cancellation
If you want to cancel an order before it ships, contact us immediately at hello@bare-glow.eu.
Orders are dispatched within a maximum of 72 hours, so we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has entered processing or fulfilment.
