Shipping Policy

 

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and shipped from bare-glow.eu, operated by bare glow LLC.

1. Order processing time

All orders are prepared and dispatched within a maximum of 72 hours after order confirmation, excluding weekends, public holidays and exceptional high-volume periods.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.


2. Shipping destinations

We ship worldwide.

Shipping options and available delivery methods are displayed at checkout depending on your delivery address.


3. Free worldwide shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over €49.

The free shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and before any applicable duties, taxes or import charges.

Orders below €49 may be subject to shipping fees, which will be displayed at checkout before payment.


4. Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, carrier, customs processing and local delivery services.

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout where available.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather, high demand, incorrect address details or events outside our reasonable control.


5. Customs, duties and import taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply depending on your country.

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

bare glow is not responsible for customs delays, unpaid duties or import restrictions in your country.


6. Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for failed delivery, delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@bare-glow.eu. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing or fulfilment.


7. Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost or marked as delivered but not received, contact us at hello@bare-glow.eu.

We may ask you to check with neighbours, your building reception, local delivery office or the carrier.

Each case will be reviewed individually. We are not responsible for theft, loss or missing parcels after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, unless required by applicable law.


8. Damaged delivery

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or visibly affected during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@bare-glow.eu.

Please include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the damaged product

  • clear photos of the outer packaging

  • clear photos of the shipping label

  • a short description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit or another appropriate solution.
